Try closing and reopening Outlook 2011 a couple of times. Enter the password and tell it to save the password in your Keychain. Outlook will ask for your password again. Make sure to look through all of the entries for more.Īfter you’ve deleted any Keychain entries related to your email account, close Outlook 2011 (if it’s already open) and then reopen it. There may be more than one entry for that email account. Delete the corresponding Keychain entry for your Outlook account. Once there, scroll through until you see the entry for your email account.
To fix it, go into your Finder and click on Go > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access. This usually happens because the entry in your Keychain is corrupted.
